If you are not completely satisfied with the equipment purchase in the first 14 days of the delivery date, please return the item to us and we will issue a full refund towards the original form payment.
Refunds will be applied back to the customers bank account purchase. If payment was made by check or money order, refunds will be issued by check. Please include your sales receipt or packing slip.

General Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

The equipment was purchased directly from Pro Surveying Equipment.
The return request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
The equipment is in the same condition that it was received (unused, uninstalled, and unaltered).
The equipment includes all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation.

Categories of Return

1. New Equipment

Eligible for return within 14 days of receipt if unopened and unused.
A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Refurbished Equipment

All refurbished products are tested, cleaned, and certified by our technicians.
Eligible for return within 14 days only if the item is not functioning as described.
A restocking fee up to 15% may be charged depending on condition upon return.
Refunds are only issued after inspection and re-verification by our quality control team.

3. Used Equipment

Due to the nature of used equipment, all sales are final unless the item is damaged during shipping or not as described.
In such cases, we must be notified within 3 business days of delivery with supporting documentation (e.g., photos, unboxing video, or inspection report).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked ”Final Sale” or ”Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
Opened sterile medical products or consumables.
Customized or special-order items.
Software or items with activated licenses.
Equipment that has been installed, used, or altered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item:

Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your shipment.
Provide your Order Number and clear photos or video of the issue.
Our support team will initiate a replacement or return authorization process.
We cover all return shipping and replacement costs in cases of errors on our part or transit damage.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be possible based on availability. If you'd like to exchange an item:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) if applicable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

You will receive a notification via email regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless due to error or damage.
